Best Group is Silver Sponsor for Fractional Summit London 2011

Fractional Life, is delighted to confirm Best Group as Silver Sponsor for the fourth annual Fractional Summit London conference, to be held at the Marriott Grosvenor Square, on February 17 and 18 2011.

The fourth annual London event follows hot on the heels of successful debut conferences in Miami and Abu Dhabi – an indication of the rapidly growing consumer and trade interest in fractional real estate.

The conference will feature comprehensive seminar programme, covering all aspects of fractional property including definition, feasibility, finance, legal issues, sales and marketing, usage programmes, exchange and rentals. For the first time in the UK, it will also feature an interactive owners' panel, where delegates will get the opportunity to quiz buyers of fractional property about their motivations and their experience of the buying process.

Leading speakers from around the world will be bringing their fractional knowledge and experience to the conference, while guest speakers from other industries will offer insights from their sectors which can be adapted to the fractional sector.
