Fractional Ownership News
Video Game Branding For Portuguese Private Residence Club
Aurora Group, which is developing a 74-hectare cliff-top private residence club in Benagil on the Algarve, has opted to market the scheme by securing branding on a Ferrari racing car.
But this is a virtual car, which flies round the track in the new video game mirroring the company's real world sponsorship of competitors in the Spanish GT Championship, the World Super Bike series and the the A1GP and the GP2 motor racing series.
The reason Aurora Group puts the Ferrari on track is not only for marketing promotions but to create another attraction to be included in the offer to future Private Residence Club owners, amongst many other interesting VIP clubs and facilities.
"The group's aim is to become one of the most exciting and exceptional ocean-fronted holiday resorts in Portugal, with the best possible services for its clients. Based on fractional ownership, the fastest growing segment in real estate in the last few years, the Aurora Group will also offers owners the usage of multiple VIP clubs, including top luxury cars, impressive yachts, golf memberships, VIP race track and football stadium lounges," said the company.
